Friday 16th March, Clontarf Foundation Western Sydney held their Annual Clontarf Oztag day at Blacktown Workers Sports Club.
The Clontarf Foundation exists to improve the education, discipline, life skills, self-esteem and employment prospects of young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men and by doing so equips them to participate meaningfully in society.
It was an awesome turn out, some of our Workers staff even scoring a try or two, serving at the BBQ held after the games and choosing certain players for the Clontarf Spirit Awards. We even had the pleasure of having Manly Sea Eagles Frank Winterstien, Taniela Paseka and Kelepi Tanginoa have a little run around also.
The Blacktown Workers Club Group are proud sponsors of the Clontarf Foundation and we are looking forward to many events like this and definitely can’t wait for the 2019 Clontarf Oztag day!
